REC CHEER CLINIC/ CHEER BASICS CLINICS

Get a head start on the upcoming recreational sideline cheer season with our one-day clinics! These sessions focus on essential cheer skills—including motions, stunting, jumps, and tumbling—in a fun, supportive environment. Athletes will be grouped by age for optimal training.

Back Handspring Clinics

Participants will go through a series of drills and receive hands-on spotting to help them master a standing back handspring. Focus will be placed on the proper progression and technique needed to execute a powerful and controlled back handspring.  

**Prerequisite:** Participants must be close to performing a back handspring independently or already have the skill.  

$25 per class

**Clinic Dates:**

Friday June 12th (12-1PM)

Front & Back Walkover Clinics

These clinics are designed to help athletes progress toward achieving a back walkover or front walkover or to refine their technique in these skills.  

**Prerequisite:** Participants must be close to performing the back walkover or already have the skill.

Our Acro & Tumbling clinics are designed to build and refine technical acrobatics skills in a safe, structured environment. Certified instructors will guide your athlete through progressive steps on professionally maintained mats and floors.

During these jump clinics, students will develop strong jumping technique through focused drills that build flexibility, height, and strength—all with the goal of mastering the perfect jump.
